- Jul 2025 → Sep 2026Jack & JillFounding engineer and first technical hire. Oversaw the Jack and Jill agents growing to 400,000+ live in production. Built the supervision for the agent-to-agent conversations between Jack and Jill, the core of the product, so neither side gave away confidential data. Led the search engine the agents use to find jobs, and co-led about 30 internal agents that live in Slack and look after parts of the business.
- Jun 2023 → Jul 2025CodeWordsFounding AI engineer. Built an agent that builds backend workflows through chat, and the runtime that hosts them, which doubled as the agent's own sandbox.
- Jul 2018 → Apr 2023PolyAILead machine learning engineer. Built the first fully neural voice agent, before LLMs, and hired and managed a team of 12.
Along the way: 11 papers and 5 patents in conversational AI. I like composability, immutability, minimalism, sci-fi and making music.
